      Pros

      Sport field is fascinating and products are really interesting.

      Cons

      Worst management I have ever experienced. Leadership berating employees publicly. Gossiping HR and leadership trash mouthing employees. Leadership is too busy playing politics and backstabbing each other to actually do theri job and problem-solve. That means that you will be squeezed and nobody will even pretend that they care. This is not a place for you if you value team work, have personal boundries and even small amount of decency.

      - Great people to work with - Great exposure on a global level and experience - Team socials

      Cons

      - Poor benefits and lack of recognition - Horrible compensation no formal process for job evaluation or analysis - Work environment is infantized - Poor management; concerns raised with senior management are not taken seriously or investigated - Blame culture which does not encourage accountability - Not enough resources people wise -operating with a lean structure in some teams
