Pros

Don' t join this company if you want to learn and move ahead in your career. This company will destroy your career. No opportunity to learn. Management is worst. Manager don't know what to do and how to fix production issues... calls hardcoding as Hotfix.

Cons

cons I wrote in pros. Better to leave this company if somebody wants to move ahead in career. No good opportunity. Only politics.

Pros

-Flexible work regarding being in education etc. -Friendly people to work with, very welcoming and the office is a nice place to work in.

Cons

-Major issues with being paid on time during my time there (was never paid on the date agreed). -Male dominated workplace. -The work itself is not worth the wage paid to part time workers. -Stress inducing and non-sociable hours, which are not advertised in the initial job interview, can’t blame them though.
