Cons

Company has been stripped out a significant amount of resources (personnel included). Vista Equity ownership model is to make the company as profitable as possible for future sale. Unfortunately that comes at a cost - with a large number of talented people having been removed from the company. With that, a lot of knowledge, experience and culture is lost, affecting employees and customers.

you'll work with some great people if you like sport, you might enjoy working here

the company is a mess, a real lack of organization and decision making HR are lost in their own procedures CEO once stated in a town hall meeting "we're not here to give people jobs...we're here to make money for our stakeholders" very little opportunity for career progression; whatever step is next is unlikely to be at Stats Perform
