Pros
1. Good management staff 2. Employee's interests are considered before making a decision 3. Importance is given to team work like brain storming session etc.
Cons
1. Women voicing out their opinion is too low 2. Career growth for women is very low. Its almost a challenge to even award a female employee. 3. Pay scale is too low. 4. Leave structure can be reworked on. 5. Whenever there is a new idea brought out, the first things that are considered are the negatives, very rarely they first look at the positives. 6. Though there is diversity there is lack of equality.
