      - working in a fascinating and competitive sports data industry - incredibly cool client roster - travel opportunities

      Cons

      - completely unattainable quota based on market conditions - unclear company vision for the U.S. market - extremely high turnover - low base and OTE compared to the market - sporadic and misinformed product and staffing decisions made by leadership - falling behind their competitors

      The Data Science team is great! Skilled, fun to work with, and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      There’s been a lot of movement in the C levels, and many good people left the company. It makes the company outlook not feel the best.

      HUGE turnover in the exec team, the ones there unable to culturally align the organization. Biggest con is the lack of strategic alignment
