      Get to work around sports and with some big clients in the space.

      Cons

      Don't pay market rate, outsourcing US jobs overseas, layoffs every month without backfill, no bonus or equity for most employees.

      Fun to be in sports, but a grind under private equity ownership

      Pros

      Great opportunity to work in sports. Trusted brand for many of the big tech companies in the world. Core competencies for soccer, in particular.

      Cons

      Owned by private equity, so much of the focus is on top-line revenue with less focus on account support. Creates an awkward tug and pull with clients when trying to drive new revenue but dealing with consistent data issues. This also creates a sales grind.
