Pros
If you have been a frustrated corporate employee your whole career and want to make an impact, Steadily may be the right place for you. You have the ability to come up with an idea and execute it with very little roadblocks which is incredibly motivating. The culture is one of high performance, so as long as you have high expectations for yourself, you'll do well here.
Cons
It's a startup so resources are tight. You will always have more work than hours in the day so you have to have a backbone and be able to manage expectations - not really a bad thing but just something to keep in mind.
