You will work with alot of talented people and learn a lot , in addition to being free to work independently.

Steadily Hires the Best of the Best - this is reiterated many times in there hiring process, etc , but once you are hired and doing the job you will not be treated as the best when it comes to feedback, support or recognition. The players are stacked in very strategic specific ways so that the top will always be the top and anyone below that you will wonder if you have job the from one week to the next.
