      Pros

      The team is all brilliant, kind, and helpful. Everyone is willing to pitch in and help wherever they're needed, there's no "not my job" mentality anywhere at the company.

      Cons

      It's not an overly fast pace but things move quickly. If you want to hem and haw and do everything at a slow pace, Steadily is not for you.

      they talk a ton in the hiring process about their high talent bar, and after being here for six months it's legit... they do hire really strong talent because they pay super well. good mix of diversity, four of the execs are women, a welcome change from the all-dude insurance thing

      Pros

      I am fortunate to be on of the early hires at Steadily. I get to work with brilliant people everyday who inspire me to perform at my best! Earning potential is second to none in this industry.

      Cons

      A lot of hours, work/life balance but you do have the flexible PTO when needed
