So much autonomy. Rather than telling you what is the best way to do things they ask for your opinion and allow you to try it out to see what works. They ask your opinion for things in the company that are unrelated to your job and I love that. I feel as though I have so much creative freedom. They have flexible hours and part time in office. Salary is amazing. Coworkers are all so friendly and work as a team. This is the first time in a long time that I've been happy with a company and felt appreciated. Unlimited PTO.

High expectations but no micromanagement. Despite some longer hours, the overall environment makes it enjoyable and ultimately up to you whether you succeed here or not.

Teamwork, accountability, and trust that you're the expert at what you were brought on to do are just a few of the traits that make Steadily a great place to work.

Cons

We working on it... as a startup training is happening all the time, in real time, so it can sometimes be a little challenging for remote workers to have all the details for things right from the start. This can hinder the initial process of "learning the ropes" slightly, but the team is always here to help in any way.
