Pros

The salary is high and my stock options have appreciated 400% since I got here. I read some of the the other reviews and alltogether they give a pretty realistic picture: the workload is high, the people are smart, the company is growing well, they fire the dumb people pretty quickly, the pay is good, and the benefits suck except pizza Fridays every week or whenever a candidate is interviewing and they order Rudy's for the whole office.

Cons

Employer contribution to benefits is low... after you deduct the employee contribution that salary doesn't look nearly as big. I went on my wife's healthcare plan instead and pocketed the difference.

Pros

Everyone here is brilliant at what they do, I love working on ideas with the team. I also love that it's super fast paced, the day goes by so quickly! I have a lot of freedom in my role to make impact and that is definitely refreshing.

Cons

Lack of flexible schedule day to day, but we do get 3 weeks WFH and 3 weeks PTO.

Pros

I haven't been here all that long but my experience since day 1 has been awesome. Local leadership is great in KC and love the office vibe. Team is cool. I'm making more here than i ever have in previous sales roles and learning a lot. I've seen other reviews from agents complaining about the sales org / company overall and I don't really get it. It seems to mostly comes from the remote and/or legacy agents who are upset that there's accountability and high expectations. I'm loving it here and personally enjoy getting to outperform the ones complaining. More commissions for me? lol

Cons

Things change so quickly that it's hard to feel like you're mastered the skills you need to be successful. Kind of always chasing "excellence". I guess that's a good thing, but a little intimidating and stressful too. Pay is great, benefits could be better. Otherwise, no real complaints.
