The pay is good but that is as far as it goes with the good.

Cons

The people are terrible. The employees are for the most part easy to work with but management is tyrannical. No benefits during my tenure.

they talk a ton in the hiring process about their high talent bar, and after being here for six months it's legit... they do hire really strong talent because they pay super well. good mix of diversity, four of the execs are women, a welcome change from the all-dude insurance thing
