Pros

Steadily pays top of market for top talent. The caliber of team that they have composed is the best of the best in the industry, and while they expect a lot from the team, they compensate well and allow us to do our jobs without micormanagement.

Cons

Competing priorities between teams can sometimes strain resources.

Pros

I love it here. I love my team and our culture. We work hard and we're rewarded for it. I'm getting paid more than I could have imagined anywhere else.

Cons

The only cons are the lazy toxic complainers who probably wont last much longer here. We get 3 weeks to work from home on top of PTO and company holidays, so anybody complaining is certified crazy and ruining it for the rest of us. Good riddance.

Best place I’ve ever worked

Pros

Lots of growth opportunities if you’re willing to put in the work and hours with results to show from it. I was promoted into a Senior Account Manager role within 12 months. Strong executive leadership. Our VP is a badass. I love my team.

Cons

Work life balance isn’t really prioritized here but we’re upfront about that so it wasn’t a surprise. People management roles aren’t open to remote hires which kind of sucks but at least there are other ways to grow.
