A High paced environment for High performing agents
Pros
From my experience there are many more benefits than cons on a day to day environment. Steadily provides the freedom and trust for you to complete your designated work without micromanagement. Steadily also provides the upmost flexibility unlike any other company that I have had the pleasure to work for, the expectation is that you must complete your work at it's best while following the best practices and not deviating from what the ethical standards are. This is a very stress free environment as long as you operate following basic expectations. Do your job, do it well and most importantly do it right. That is all there is to it.
Cons
For some, this environment is too relaxed and cannot find the discipline to complete what is expected from you. This is a very cut throat environment, meaning if you do not meet expectations the outcome is separation of employment. If you are someone who depends on direction from others this is not the job for you. You must be self motivated and tenacious to be successful.
