Pros

Smart, hard-working people makes it feel like I'm on a rocket ship. It's the only company I've ever worked at where there's a weekly all hands with the entire company where they talk about everything that's going on - good and bad.

Cons

The IT is moving so fast trying to build things that things break a lot and change often. They fix them fast, too, but it's frustrating when something that used to work suddenly changes.
