Pros

Free food for Managers if you ever have the time to eat it. Some medical benefits choices, but not cheap but there are options. Decent training program if followed. District manager is approachable.

Cons

Oh where do I start? Never enough employees to work on a shift not enough labor. To busy for the amount of people we can have. We cant have host, cashier, or a busser and they are trying to eliminate a prep person and dish washers positions as well. Every sns I have been to is filthy never time to clean or do side work. Shifts don't over lap so side work is never complete . Management is consistently in position because of call offs or running breaks. Employees and managers are over worked so much that they don't want to be called in. Hard to find 3rd shift employees. And if an over night employee calls out the manager have to stay so a 10 hour shift turns in to a 16 hour shift. Alot of managers are young and don't really care. Really high turn over. Constantly run out of product. No accountability with staff. The list could go on and on. Must have the ability split in 2 if you wanna work here.

Very stressful

Pros

Salary and benefits not much more than that.

Cons

Upper management, constant negativity, purposeful understaffing to save money and expect management to cover multiple stations at once, zero positive reinforcement, very disorganized, lots of customer complaint. You will work 50 hours a week minimum but more like 70 hours because if the overnight person doesn't show up you are expected to stay and do that station. It is expected that at some point you will either have a mental breakdown or you will leave in tears.
