Pros

Benefits are second to none. PTO\SICK pay, ESOP, child care allowance. All great benefits if you have a family.

Cons

There is always a witch hunt going on. Everyone is guilty until proven innocent. It matters who your boss is. Be prepared to pull the knife out of your back at any time. Lots of good people there that are afraid to leave. Hopefully leadership figures out the culture. Screw up once and find yourself out the door. If you step out of line to do what you think is right you will find yourself on the outside looking in.
