Most people can work from Home - Awesome benefit probably the only reason most people stay there

Cons

Culture deteriorating - New managers have unrealistic expectations, don't follow procedures, and make life miserable for existing employees. They bury people in leadership trainings but don't lead by example at the top. Popular benefits stripped away - They no longer offer a 401k match at all and bonuses not paid in December
