Long maternity leave and work from home

Cons

Pay is way too low. They don’t do year end bonus no more, you have to wait til March and it’s too low. Sales goals are too unrealistic that we can’t meet and Too much drama. Meetings are full of brown nosers and Leaders play favorites. All kinds of talk about employee owners but no one cares about us front line people.

Company communicates developments. Believes in work life balance. and a lot of good perks.

Cons

Training is very minimal because there are not any written procedures and the staff do not sit with you to help process they are unorganized in procedures. Communication is not valued.
