Steady paycheck, lots of mandatory OT. So-so insurance. Friendly co-workers, easy work, easy to find. 20 word minimum so I have write something.

Cons

Back biting by employees, management all want to be a Lerman, 401k match is a joke, raises and wages are kept low and don't cover the cost of increases to the insurance, paid time off is nonexistent, vacation is paid in one lump sum guarantees indentured servitude. No room for advancement.

Pros

Good if you desperately need a job. Weekly pay check. Day shift supervisor is fair, lots of parking and overtime. Clean bathrooms.

Cons

A den of back biters and syndicators. 12 hr shifts with only 1break. Sniching is encouraged. Poorly leveled material, lots of waste. Management is smug and stuck up.
