Tries not to lay off workers, has a Union site, has facilities in multiple locations, has a competitive compensation package.

Cons

Not many opportunities for advancement, ramped nepotism, generally does not hire woman for production positions, and will work employees for long hours.

Not much room for advancement. They would rather hire from outside than promote from within. No formal review system so you can go a long time without a raise

They only hire people so they won't be short. They never intend to keep anyone. They charge union dues then claim your not a union member
