- Management is never around. We had one tech not touch a ticket in over a year and it slipped through their radar. - Pay is determined if you are in the cool kids club if not you get maybe a dime

The pay isn't bad for the position, benefits average, no micromanagement, as long as you did your job and performed you felt respected and appreciated.

Cons

Poor contract management with the client resulting in difficult situations and some frustration. The ultimate poor management led to the contract termination in the end, no severance packaged, or bench time even for long term employees in the 10-20 year range! Management can be very bullish and hard nosed.
