      Very Corporate, Poor Retirement Matching

      Pros

      Senior level analysis allows for much autonomy with less company surveillance than is standard for technical support agents.

      Cons

      Retirement match has been whittled to fractions of a percent from 2019-2024. Vacation time is too little. This is a multinational company which has scant policies for worker protections during increasingly common climate disaster events (e.g. heat waves, hurricanes, wild fires).

      Alright if you just need a job while looking for something else

      Pros

      Not much to state. The people within Stefanini are friendly. Watch your co-workers though. They will throw you under the bus.

      Cons

      Cons are pretty much everything you could think of, not listed in the Pros!I Prices for insurance are high, as are deductibles. Not the best insurance. Advertise paid holidays. Well, not really. You earn a day off each month, called a floating holiday. You are to use those, or unpaid time for the paid holidays. Absolutely no room to advance/grow. Pay is pathetic, especially for downtown Pittsburgh. No parking allowance. They will tell you you can work a day or two from home, then after hire tell you they never said that. Yet coworker was allowed, Very poor management (not opinion, consensus). Minimal vacation time possible.
