Pros

You will learn how to perform at an exceptionally high level and be taught how to understand what goes on behind the scenes of one of the most cutting edge brands in luxury/contemporary fashion. This brand has an internal standard that employees' work product is held to that mirrors the external standard to which this eco conscious brand is held to. This company is not for someone who is content with mediocrity but rather someone who wants to operate on a higher level than they currently are, and for this person, there are few other companies who can offer the experiences that will without doubt elevate your professional self at a very rapid pace. You will make invaluable connections and learn to hold your work ethic to a higher standard that will without question help advance your career whether that career be at Stella McCartney or at another company. As someone who has since moved to another company, the work standard that I developed at Stella McCartney has absolutely helped me advance at a faster pace than those from less demanding work backgrounds.

Cons

If you are working from New York, you will have to adjust to communicating with a team that is based in London as well as other globally based teams, which can, at times, mean more unusual hours.
