Pros

The clients we worked with were amazing, kind and helpful. My co-workers were also great and we had some fun.

Cons

I was lied to to get me into the position. I told them about my personal circumstances that I needed a certain schedule for. I was promised 4-12 shifts. I worked that shift MAYBE 3 times the entire time I was employed there (1 month). I felt talked down to by upper management and felt that they set unrealistic expectations. They overwork the staff and seem to forget that the staff are not robots and people aren't capable of working that many hours back to back with limited breaks in between. The training was terrible and I had no idea what I was meant to be doing at any point. The clients taught me my job...

Pros

There are always Pros and Cons within each company. Depending on who you are, each pro could be a con and vice versa. I enjoy working with this company. They are understanding, if you need help, they will help. If you do not speak up, they will not know you are struggling. They have really good benefits. Many people now don't care about them, but they help make up part of your salary!

Cons

Not having enough staff. This is a tough field to staff. No one wants to work for $12ish per hour to take care of people. They are a non-profit so most of the time, their hands are tied.
