Pros

Flexible schedule when needed Clients are always wonderful Houses are well kept and ran usually well Pay is good and free vision and dental.

Cons

Long hours on weekends. Working til midnight and coming back at 6am,7am,8am. Sometimes the company does not have a replacement if one person can not cover shift, should have a system of people who they can call/have a way of employees picking up shifts from other homes, to cover shifts.

Many opportunities for professional growth; supportive work environment and services very much focused on the needs of the individuals. Also, they just raised starting rates for direct care staff to $16/hour

Cons

Somewhat behind with adopting technology, but steps have been taken to improve in this area within the last year.
