The roof could cave in on my tenants and this company would not care. As long as they are cashing checks from the city on the rents, they do not care if the roof is caving in on their tenants. They don't care if they freeze to death or burn to death because they have no heat or cold air in their apartments. All they care about is cashing in those subsidy checks. You will not get any support from your regional manager. You will not get any support from the regional managers manager either. They will Gaslight you and blame every problem on you. They will tell you you didn't follow up enough. Oh you sent an email, that wasn't good enough you should have sent a text oh you sent a text that wasn't good enough you should have sent an email. You should have sent a text and an email and you should have called and you should have paraded down the street to get our attention. It's absolutely ridiculous that they constantly blame their lack of attention on the property manager. "not doing their job" or "not following up enough". They don't care. All they care about is making money and buying more buildings so they can make more money off of the homeless industry which is sadly a money making industry now.
