Promotions occurs with the same people in management always. This company has a thousand focuses but they are not EXPERTS in any of them. Training is lack luster and not direct, Supervisors only care about bonuses and are willing to let go of long term employees to get it. Nepotism is rampant but no one in Client services will speak up because they are afraid to loss there jobs or be shot down by the bully's in the office. Employees are told to keep bonuses secret from others that work in "like" departments. You will only move up if your connected, look the part and behave badly to others.

Management is insane. Expectations are unattainable. Spending majority time sitting in traffic but they wonder why no other work gets done. They know why x,y,z doesn’t get done but instead of helping they just talk in circles. You ask for help and they send 80 follow up emails until they finally cave and do what you needed help with. I never worked for a company where management just is insane like this. Feels like you’re being interrogated all the time and they will pull up all your activity and send you it. Talk about no trust. Nothing is ever their fault and it tiring. Cheap af! 60 minutes both ways is subtracted from traveling to their clients lol. They lie in interviews fyi .Exhausting interacting with management. They tell you one thing and then another thing in the same breath. The day I leave it will be too soon! If I saw a review like this I would’ve never wasted my time.
