Left alone until a problem would come up. The problem is also always your fault.

Work with great, helpful people, you work from home in many positions,

Cons

They don't pay their employees for the work they put on them, train the Shred-it employees on the whole other side of the business medical waste without a raise.

Job offered and what the job morphed into were completely different things. Large workload and if you are successful more gets piled on you.
