team chat assistance supervisor is amazing (only on my team) work from home

Cons

negative treatment from customers being treated as incompitent recieving a $0.07 bonus No Christmas bonus despite being on a team that brought in the company the most money

They have lost the site of what a service industry is based on. Everyone is just a number and all the personnel has been taken out of the company.
