Pretty scary. Managers take credit for your analytical work to score points with superiors. When asked questions on analytic points by others they refer to you for answers. Finance managers belittle their analysts for not working later. Prepare to work like a PE analyst or investment banking analyst without the PE or IB salary. Late nights and weekends are common.
