to many dept within the company working the same area. seems to be competing within the company with inside sales, government, accounts managers. upper managements keeps moving goal post on expectations every 2 months

Great coworkers Good benefits 4 day work week

Cons

Lack of proper management Poor equipment, both in waste containers and trucks Supervisors leave while drivers are still out on route, rarely answer phone if needed. Better off trouble-shooting issues on your own.
