      Poor management - bad on mental health

      Work from home is nice and the pay isn't awful.

      Cons

      Took away holidays we used to have - had Christmas Eve as a paid holiday and Black Friday. Christmas Eve was taken away prior to the WM acquisition, then Black Friday was removed after. A lot of micromanaging and ridiculous expectations. Shred It side and Stericycle side (medical waste) should really have been kept being handled separately. Reps for Shred It side only and reps for Stericycle side only. Supervisor is also very patronizing and condescending when someone brings up concerns to them. Also seems hard to move to other departments when new roles become available.

      Poor communication with workers. Unpredictable changes at the last minute and not that concerned about customers.
