      freedom to do anything we want, we had pick up basketball games going in the office, people were shooting dice, and playing poker. DRINKING ALCOHOL IN THE OFFICE

      Cons

      EVERYTHING. from the work life balance, to them making up rules that you cant sell, you get penalized for following a customers existing pricing not set by you!

      Don’t waste your time for a company who doesn’t value you

      Pros

      Absolutely not one thing, at all. Pay is trash, commission plans change every 2 months and are a complete joke for a sales rep.

      Cons

      Low base “salary”- which is really just hourly and your time is overly monitored. College interns get brought in at a higher base pay than experienced sales people.

      Too many chiefs, they spy on you, poor management

      Its better than foodstamps i guess.

      Cons

      10 years ago STERICYCLE was a great company, now it sucks. Cameras in trucks watch you constantly, drivers getting counseling for having a toothpic, the routing app is nothing more that a spy app to listen in and watch you. Why does a "routing" app need camera and microphone permissions?? You try to disable those permissions and the app wont work. Drivers with 30 years experience and no accidents getting terminated for being on their hands free device.
