7ySupporting our team members through change and having a strong culture that promotes engagement is a top priority and focus for the company. Our Internal Communications and Change Management team was created for this very purpose and shows our commitment to these efforts. As we continue to evolve and change, tough decisions are sometimes necessary but are not taken lightly.
