Pros

Work from home opportunities.. CoWorkers Pay Growth in CE that’s all .. long shot from being best company to work for

Cons

Very cheap towards employees, no morale, no Xmas party, bonus goals are no longer achievable throughout department. When your director and the manager that makes false claims about you are having an affair.. so he digs deep to find the fastest way to fire you. And core values should be changed.. CUSTOMER FIRST is not what’s practiced anymore all about looking good during OPS meetings

Pros

The health insurance is not bad for the Stericycle business unit but they probably will dump all employees on the Affordable Health Care Act exchanges in the near future. However, if one works for the Patient Communication business unit (the health insurance offered is awful).

Cons

Management is concerned with cronyism, caring about their own careers, and the bottom line; employees are the very bottom of their list of cares in the world. Developing employees is a stated priority but with so many things at this organization they do not follow through.

Pros

Good pay for recent college grads...If you don't mind being dishonest to get it.

Cons

This company is very dishonest in how it does business. I have been told by numerous customers in numerous ways that we are dishonest, misleading, immoral, sneaky, and shady to name a few. Stericycle knows that they charge too much and "Include" services that their customers would not even want, if they were sold appropriately rather than just sneaking them in while drastically increasing their price. The company has a HUGE department based on renegotiating prices with current customers who feel that they have been cheated. When previouse employees have expressed their concern for Stericycle's business practices, upper management just looks the other way and says it's a part of sales. Even in todays poor economy, quotas keep going up, which only encourages employees to perfect their untruthfull selling practices to make sure they keep their job. If you are an honest person, you will have trouble sleeping if you work with this company.
