Autonomous decision making. A fun place to work and great hard working coworkers Each day is completely different and you are never board

Cons

Management has never been in a truck or worked in a plant. They need to start at the bottom in order to understand the business in order to make sound decisions

Opportunities for those willing to risk long term health issues. Long hours.

Cons

Worst working conditions imaginable, exposure to poisonous chemicals without proper physical base-test and proper safety gear. Extreme lifting and loading of trucks in hostile toxic environments. Near fistfights amongst overworked employees. Absolute disaster.
