Pros

Good pay but our mgmt lets angry, bitter man in charge of field crew to tear apart entire team. He picks and chooses who he'll talk to. Some kiss up to try and keep peace which that actually makes things worse. Boss lets it continue without intervening so he feels entitled. Facility mgr just as bad and feeds into it. Treat people badly and make work hard. Not goot place togo to every day Place is falling aart

Morale bad Micromanagers Layoffs! Cutback hours Not enough help Too many assignments without thinking it through Get control of the bad apples/ or get rid of them

Pros

My very first day working here, I immediately felt like I was part of the team. Everyone was very welcoming and excited I was there; I still feel that same enthusiasm and that welcoming embrace every day. My supervisor really cares about my learning and success. Every employee is genuinely proud to work here and enjoy the work that they do. Perk: Best coffee machine.

Cons

In the morning, there might be a line at the coffee machine

Pros

Stericycle is a fastly growing organization and it's great to be a part of that excitement. What makes the company unique is that you really do have the opportunity to be very hands on at all levels and to see the impact you make with the organization. If you work hard and have ambition, there are a lot of growth opportunities available internally...but emphasis on work hard. The company functions leanly and does a lot with a little-for the right person, that's exciting because they can be very nimble and get projects done quickly.

Cons

Finding work/life balance can be tough at times depending on work load. There is a lot of opportunity to improve and streamline processes as the company continues to expand and grow.
