Work from home, but lots of room for improvement
Pros
Work from home - the most important of very few things that are keeping me in this company. The other being - complex and challenging workload - this part is important to me as I'm a conscientious person and need to have my braincells engaged. Last thing - great management on my team (this is a rare occurrence in this company).
Cons
Poor pay, exceeding performance is not rewarded. Loyalty is not rewarded. Upper management and corporate communications give an impression of being disconnected from their employees. Frequent talk of bringing everyone back to the office as soon as possible because they feel it's better that way (very little further justification). It feels as if the decision to force everyone back to offices has already been made regardless of employees feedback.
