      Pros

      Benefits As long as you kiss tush, you can get away with anything and get promoted.

      Cons

      Management have no business being in the roles they have. Absolutely horrendous job in managing. Even HR is terrible and one has to wonder where some of them received their education, probably why there are so many lawsuits against them.
