Mico management, conflicting information during training, poor moral among many non top preformers. Impossibly high quotas that are rarely met! Script changes weekly. Useless daily meetings. Management encourages deceptive selling of services, one call closes without the full knowledge normally required when signing up for long term service contracts. The services are over priced comparable to their competitors. I was told by one doctors group that they would never do business with the company again and that it cost his group thousands of dollars to terminate the contract, it was like doing business with the mob! Management only cares about their stockholders, little or no concern for customers or employees! Stericycle is the poster child of what's wrong with blood thirsty corporate America today!! Not recommended! !

Lacks knowledge and structure to integrate acquisitions and perpetuate a cohesive cultural strategy. Too much centralization and top down management style. Very fragmented culture that lacks substance. Attempts to leverage economies of scale with call center approach that does not create value for customers and field employees. Field personnel is not given opportunities to contribute through innovation or creativity - only does as they are told and runs a standardized playbook that prevents customers from being truly satisfied. Leadership lacks competency in accepting feedback and does not create trust with field level employees. Customer perspective of the company is not great.
