Work/Life balance is good. Work from home options are convenient.

Cons

Workload is a little much. Hard to stay organized and effective when bosses and team members are spread out across the country.

Reasonable shifts with ability to pick up extra very strict and not wiling to work with you even for funerals

Communication issues lack of knowledge leadership and very childish workers
