Pros

Some sick pay. Sausage rolls every other month. That's it.

Cons

Awful, depressing work environment. Upper management that will not rest until every employee has a basic (preferably minimum) wage. Stripped of our loyalty bonus, yearly bonus, overtime, shift allowance, christmas vouchers. Sick pay used to be 4 months, now 2. And overtime rate has been reduced.
