Business Outlook
Pros
Great flexibility for hourly employees and contractors. Enjoy team members management not so much seems untrustworthy. Trying to improve the culture in the call center but that's going to take a while.
Cons
Call center management do not coach and develop employees to grow in the company. No consistency from team to team or within various departments. There's no training manuals or handbooks when you're promoted, transitioning from hourly to salary is terrible since management make up the rules as they go but will not respond in email when questions are asked so there's no paper trail.
