The warehouse adopts a family mentality and ethos; being around fun and easygoing people makes the work feel satisfying and worthwhile for 8 hours of your day. Though the work is relaxed and repetitive, it can be challenging at times which keeps it engaging and allows you to sharpen your skill set. Best employee benefits package I have ever seen!
Cons
Upon initial hiring, you can feel as though you are expected to learn and keep up with the fast-paced work environment immediately. So, depending on your disposition, this may cause you to either feel under pressure or motivated towards job performance. My advice, patience is a virtue and don't be afraid to ask questions regarding the job. There can be a lot of miscommunication. It can sometimes get frustrating to coordinate the operations and logistics of the warehouse, especially with the front office, when the line of communication is broken. My advice, communicate often and clearly.
