      Able to work from home.

      Cons

      Omaha, NE location is POORLY managed. There is no staff appreciation. The nurses are told to go off of QUANTITY, not QUALITY. All you hear about is making $$$$$. Very unsafe and the liability is HIGH! Poor communication and when you do try to communicate an issue, they just sweep it under the rug and tell you to shut up.

      Financial performance and growth of company has historically been strong

      Cons

      They don't care about the people. HR is BAD and should not be trusted. From the leader with no HR experience on down. The good people have left or are actively looking. They don't want open communication and will retaliate if you speak up. The culture initiative is a joke. I would not recommend making this a career stop. Yes there are allot of job opening but that is because people are leaving.
