Pros
Great company with many successes and a sense of vision. Multiple opportunities for employees to grow with the company, if you are willing to move outside your state.
Cons
Leadership blindly trusting. Need to ask more questions and check into things. Just because someone says a situation never happened does not mean this is the truth. When people complain, there is usually a reason and management does not check into it. I am so surprised at the lying that occurs and management believes them because they keep the costs down. Plant quickly cleans up when the managers come to visit. We know better what goes on behind the scenes. Lost confidence in this company.
