Absolutely no long term vision beyond an intense focus on hitting the date of the current project, leading to a chaotic, antiproductive work environment with a resulting stress level only magnified by manipulative and dishonest upper management. Some of the newer technology is cool but a large proportion of the work is related to bug fixes or supporting bottom of the barrel legacy systems. Incredibly high turnover rate - ask around before signing up.
