Not what it used to be…

Benefits, fellow Supervisors, company van, laptop & cell phone provided.

Cons

Salary doesn’t line up with the amount of responsibilities a Supervisor has. Supervising techs that don’t want to do their jobs is a nightmare. Work-life balance can be challenging.
