Pros

Medical waste will always be around. Good health care plans provided by Stericycle. Very few managers seem to care. But the one's who did care about the emplyees made an effort in making life there manageable.

Cons

Long hours and poorly compensated. Management in some areas like to lead with a bull dog way and has made many worksites hostel and toxic. People need to feel that we have given our time, sweat and blood, giving up time with our families over the years to be here for Stericycle. We have all contributed to the success of your organization.
